Our approach…
Hi, we’re Where Language Blooms, PLLC! A mobile, community-based speech therapy practice, meeting clients wherever they’re ready to learn and play in Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Northeast Austin. Our background is in working with pediatric clients with a variety of needs, and supporting their families, through a client-centered, play-based sense.
Therapy shouldn’t only be accessible, it should be individualized. So we’re prepared to meet your child where they are (physically and mentally), utilizing the most up-to-date, research-based, and effective strategies to support the unique way they learn. And if you haven’t grasped this yet, we’re going to make sure we’re having fun!
We value a child’s interests and incorporate those interests into play-based activities throughout our speech therapy sessions. We recognize that learning is possible through all activities of a child’s day and we can support families in making the most of those opportunities.
In our speech therapy sessions, you can expect:
Play-based therapy, meaning we’re using all the toys and your child’s interests to get them engaged and ready to learn
Child-led therapy whenever possible, giving your child the autonomy to choose session activities and follow their interests. They’ll be more invested in their own learning when they know it will be fun!
A supportive, compassionate, and fun clinician! We’re ready to throw our shoes off, get messy, sing songs, and act goofy while we learn.
